The New Forensic Science Laboratory will house the recently established DNA database and will provide FSL with a long awaited modern facility, Which will ensure the continuing growth and development of Forensic Science in Ireland. The Forensic Science Lab is primarily a new three storey development with four wings that radiate from a central four storey core. Each wing provides a mixture of lab and office accommodation. The core block is designed as an atrium space with natural ventilation and smoke extraction in the event of a fire. The total floor area makes up almost 15,000m2. Mimnagh Contracts Ltd are working under the direction of Duggan Brothers on this project to complete the block building works on this project.

Mimnagh Contracts Ltd are delighted to have been awarded the brick & blockwork package on this exciting project, which consists of the construction of a 242 bedroom StayCity Aparthotel. The 5 Storey Building is arranged around a central landscaped plaza, which will provide an area for external dining and performance space.

Mimnagh Contracts Ltd are thrilled to be working alongside Duggan Bros on another one of their intriguing regeneration projects. This new mixed use development will comprise of 72 no social housing units, a landscaped residential courtyard, a community centre, commercial retail space and basement carpark. Mimnagh Contracts Ltd have been awarded the brick and blockwork package. This project is located on part of the previous Dominick Street Flats complex on the east side of Dominick Street Lower, just off Parnell Street.

Mimnagh Contracts Ltd have been awarded with the brickwork package on this project, which is a 6 storey social housing scheme. This development will comprise of 30 apartments. This new apartment scheme will be NZEB compliant. NZEB stands for “nearly zero energy building” and is a low energy design bench mark for buildings with very high energy performance. With sustainability in the Construction industry becoming increasingly important, we are delighted to be a part of this innovative project.

Mimnagh Contracts Ltd have been awarded the soft strip and alterations package on this project, as well as working alongside the M&E contractor, To remove large scale AC units and ducting from all levels. Works are ongoing on this project.
