Sean Foster Apartments, Dublin

We are delighted to working again with Duggan Brothers on the Sean Foster Apartment Scheme.
Mimnagh Contracts Ltd have been awarded with the brickwork package on this project, which is a 6 storey social housing scheme. This development will comprise of 30 apartments. This new apartment scheme will be NZEB compliant. NZEB stands for “nearly zero energy building” and is a low energy design bench mark for buildings with very high energy performance. With sustainability in the Construction industry becoming increasingly important, we are delighted to be a part of this innovative project.
